Completed Services: Once a service is completed as per the agreement, no refund will be issued.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24-48 hours  of the service request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 business hours.

 

  1. Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original method of payment.

Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

 

  1. Cancellations

Service Provider Cancellations: If the service provider cancels a scheduled service, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the app/website.
