• Device and push tokens — device identifiers, app version, operating system details, and push notification tokens used to deliver job updates and service alerts.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We may receive payment-related metadata such as transaction status, amount, currency, timestamps, and limited billing identifiers.

SEF Hospitality does not store full payment card numbers on its servers. Card details are handled by Stripe through the secure payment flows in the app.

Messages / User-Generated Content

The marketplace includes chats and other user-generated content between customers and cleaning professionals.

We may review reported messages or content when needed for safety, abuse prevention, support, or legal compliance. We do not routinely read every conversation.

How We Use Data

We use personal information to operate and improve SEF Hospitality, including to:

• Facilitate bookings, matching, scheduling, and job completion.
